Hello!

I didn't realize it has been so long since I last posted. I hope everyone is doing well.

I have been busy proofreading which is absolutely wonderful. I always said getting paid to read would be a dream job and as it turns out, that is exactly what I get paid to do.

The best part about it is I have read things I probably never would have come across otherwise and I have expanded my own reading interests.

I have learned that it is best for me to read the opposite of what I am proofreading. For example, if I am working on a thriller, then for my brain to know it is time to quit working, it helps to read a cozy mystery, historical fiction, or even non-fiction. It took me a little while to learn this. My brain was in need of a way to turn off at night.
